For our architectural projects we can do turning up to 500mm diameter x 4 metres long for columns and 2250mm diameter for Cornice and Architrave Turnings. Columns can be fluted, twisted, or reeded. Cornice and Architrave turnings can suit any profile required. Working with a highly skilled engineer, we can look at adapting my lathes to suit a specific job.
We have various different lathes including; Hydraulic Copy lathes, CNC Lathes, High Volume/Small Component lathes and Handturning lathes.
Newel posts, spindles and caps can be chosen from a range of standard patterns. We can also copy original profiles from drawings, or samples. All can be fluted, twisted, or reeded.
We work for many bespoke kitchen manufacturers producing pilasters, pegs, bowls, table legs etc. We specialise in cornice, pelmet and skirting turnings to suit any profile you supply up to 2250mm diameter.
